Our vision is to inform, educate, improve, and advocate for the wellbeing of individuals and families globally. We focus on raising awareness of the devastating effects of depression and understanding mental health illness and related disorders. To support and enhance the lives of individuals and families living with mental illness, to decrease stigma while embracing diversity within a multicultural global context.
Our mission is to use available means like technology and online resources to raise awareness of mental health illness through advocating, providing information and education. To support and connect individuals and families with available community resources; to improve and promote the wellbeing of an individual. To develop positive attitudes and behaviors through a lifelong commitment to seeking professional help when necessary.
